Created GEM Safety, an iOS and watch app (currently launched for closed beta testing on Apple's TestFlight), with the goal of improving the process of calling for help and making safety more accessible. Developed Python programs to analyze sequence and structure level RNA features that contribute to read truncation in long-read nanopore sequencing.
